1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection statutes for distance contracts (contracts concluded online, via telephone, or off-premises), consumer clients possess a statutory right to withdraw from a service contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without providing justification or incurring penalty fees.
The cooling-off period begins on the day following the formal execution of the service agreement.

Upon valid exercise of withdrawal rights, CA CLIMATISATION will reimburse all advance payments received within fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal notification, utilizing the same payment method employed in the initial transaction.
